DTLA Ploom Dinner Party

Last week restauranteurs and local business owners wined, dined, and ploomed on a private rooftop in DTLA with a delicious beverage themed menu created by Border Grill's chef, Michael Naughton, and partner Angel City Brewery.

In the spirit of beers and other fermented beverages, the meal of the evening included concoctions like veal lamb meatballs in a root beer glaze and beer infused strawberry macaroons. Guests ploomed while taking in the beautiful skyline of downtown as the sun set and enjoyed honey-infused gin cocktails from Angel City Brewery.
